MIG-O-MAT Lötstar 175 is a soldering and welding unit with own gas production by the electrochemical way of electrolysis. The temperature and the energy of the micro flame is adaptable to a broad area of applications. With up to 3000˚C the micro flame melts almost every metal and therefore Lötstar 175 is even suitable for smaller work in platinum and palladium. 

Different sizes of micro nozzles, as well as the regulation of gas-pressure, allow you to adjust the flame as needed for your duties. The cooling effect of evaporating liquid in the glass booster enable even sensitive soldering on delicate goods.

The extern booster (option), which can be added to use to the unit, can be filled with an anti-oxidation-flux to reduce oxidation while soldering alloys with a higher content of copper.

Every unit delivers with: 1 torch (incl. nozzle set 0.7 – 1.2 mm x 10 mm), torch stand, 3 m gas tube, electrolyte and BLQ1800 evaporating liquid.
