Spray varnish that polymerizes at ambient temperature creating a dry lubricating coating of boron-nitride which is thermally stable.

If used in proper way, it allows to obtain:

• Longer life of the crucible.
• Very good results not only for the yellow, but also for the white gold.
• Remarkable reduction of graphite inclusions in the molten metal.

Packing: 400 ml

Instructions:

1. Clean the crucible using a cloth soaked in alcohol and let it dry for 15 minutes.
2. Spray both the internal and the external part of the crucible with a boron-nitride coating. Spray just a very thin layer, until a white film appears on the surface to be treated. Never use too much spray.
3. Let it dry for 15 minutes.
4. Heat up the crucible and go on with casting.
5. After 5-6 castings make sure that the crucible is still completely white. If not, repeat the whole process from point 1.
