Making the right choice of process media in terms of quality and shape is the key for an optimal finishing of workpieces. There is a variety of grinding and polishing media available in various shapes and sizes.

The plastic bonded grinding chips have a low density and are mainly used for fine wet grinding of precious metals, while the porcelain bonded grinding chips have a medium density and are therefore mainly used for smoothing and polishing of precious metals.

To get the best result, use the blue plastic chips, then the white plastic chips and end the process with the porcelain chips.

We recommend furthermore mixing the pyramid and cone-shaped chips.
