Test acid for 14 kt. in glass dropping bottle.

Direct testing on the item:

1. Make a mark in the item with a file.
2. Apply the 14 kt. test acid.
3. If the test acid dissolves or changes in colour, the fine gold content is lower.
4. If the mark is unchanged, the fine gold content matches the test acid.
5. After testing rinse the item thoroughly with water.

Testing with stone:

1. Use the item for testing to make a mark of 3-4 cm on the stone.
2. Apply a drop of the 14 kt. test acid. If the mark is unchanged, the fine gold content must be higher.
3. When the mark rises, the fine gold content matches the test acid.
4. Clean the stone after use with kontrastol.

NB! The testing stone is not included and must be purchased.

Cautions:

• Avoid direct contact with the product. Wear plastic gloves.
• Use the test acid under ventilated conditions.
• Keep out of reach of children.
