Tourmaline – a versatile and colorful gemstone

Tourmaline is a gemstone found in a variety of beautiful colors, including green, white, and pink. It is found in many parts of the world, including Brazil, Africa, Sri Lanka, and Japan. The finest examples of Paraíba tourmalines are among the rarest and most expensive. With a hardness of 7-7½ on the Mohs scale, combined with its stunning colors, tourmaline is ideal for jewellery, but should be protected from impacts.
